A Plate full of Sunflowers
February 1st 2011 10:41
I was meeting with a group of friends for a potluck dinner and wanted to make something quick so I combined a couple of recipes and came up with a plate full of Sunflowers.
They were a hit as not one of them was left which is always a great feeling.
Ingredients
Muffin tray
3 sheets of puff pastry
Spray oil
5 eggs
1 tub of favourite dip
1 cup grated tasty cheese
salt and pepper
Method
1. Spray muffin tray with oil.
2. Cut sheets of pastry into four and place in muffin tray.
3. Beat eggs well, add dip and half the cheese. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add filling to individually lined muffin cases then sprinkle with rest of cheese.
5. Cook in preheated oven of 180 degrees for 20-25 mins or until set.

Thanks for that. I hear you on the puff pastry. It's so good for so many things.
