Easy Nachos

March 3rd 2011 06:10
Nachos
A colourful, refreshing and crunchy dish
When the weather has been abominably hot and you can't be bothered 'slaving' away in the kitchen then this dish can be an ideal meal for you and the kids...or whoever is dining with you.

The only real cooking is the mince which can be browned and cooked with kidney beans and whatever flavours you want, such as taco seasoning, tomatoes or worcestershire sauce.

Grab a pack of corn chips as the base, pour the mince on top, then add quartered tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated tasty cheese and sour cream. You could also add carrots, cucumbers or any salad item that is refreshing and crunchy.
