Eggs Benedict for breakfast

There could be worse things about having a husband who is an apprentice chef.
This morning he got in one of his 'let-me-experiment-with-what- I've-been-learning' moods and took over the kitchen.
Consequently we had eggs benedict and fresh tomatoes for breakfast.
The bread was home-made and very crusty, toasted with a poached egg on top (unfortunately shop bought as we live in a rather snake-infested area for chooks
).
The home-made hollandaise sauce which was creamy, tangy and just divine.
While the tomatoes were shop-bought the parsley that decorated it was all home-grown.
Like I said, there could be worse things about a man who loves to cook.
