Green Meatballs and Spaghetti

I love simple recipes but I certainly don't mind them with a twist either.
I like the idea of spinach in meatballs because it gets the kids eating greens without them worrying too much about it.
According to my Table magazine this recipe is only $2.75 per serve as well.
Ingredients
2 thick slices Italian style bread crusts removed, torn into pieces
1/2 C milk
300g english spinach, stalks trimmed and rinsed.
1kg lean beef mince
1/3 C grated parmesan
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 C plain flour
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
spaghetti cooked and drained.
Sauce
can whole peeled tomatoes
splash of worcestershire sauce
oregano
basil
Method
1.Place bread in a bowl and cover with milk. Soak for 10 mins. Squeeze bread to remove milk and crumble into a mixing bowl.
2. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan on high and cook spinach for 5 mins until wilted. Drain and squeeze out any excess water. When cool enough to handle, chop coarsely. Cool completely.
3. Add spinach to bread and with beef, parmesan and egg. Mix well and season to taste. Shape into 12 balls. Dust with flour, shaking off any excess.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large, non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook meatballs, shaking frequently to turn, for 15 mins, until browned and cooked through.
5. Meanwhile heat sauce ingredients until boiling, then simmer until ready to serve.
6. Serve on spaghetti topped with the sauce.
