Our range of ice cream
So the first thing we did was expand the menu to add gourmet and regular sandwiches, however we still wanted to keep the ice cream as it was a good source of income, especially in Summer. The only problem was the ice cream cabinet was pretty old and if it wasn't freezing the ice cream, it wasn't keeping it cold enough.
Finally, after a year and a half of trading we have bought a new ice cream cabinet and it looks great. The ice cream doesn't freeze over or get too mushy., In fact, in the spirit of fairy tales, the cabinet now keeps the ice cream JU-UST right!

The government have made the decision to buy the cabinet so much easier, as now we have a 30% rebate on capital equipment that we can claim. For a small business it is SO important to keep up-to-date on the equipment needed to make a living, in my opinion. That's why I recenlty also bought a new laptop for my writing business AND we got a new food fridge as well to replace the old decrepid one in the shop.
If I have to shop, I have to shop. What is a girl to do?
