Would you like a Monkey Kiss or Tropical Hug??
January 25th 2009 01:05
In case you are wondering, the title incorporates the names of two of our smoothies that we sell at the Shak.
I thought the names up for the recipes that the previous owner had. Monkey Kiss came about because of the honey and bananas in the drink and Tropical Hug because it had some tropical fruit in it.
We also have a Mango Tango that came about because of a customer's request as they wanted a non-dairy drink.
For those who'd like to make these at home ingredients are listed below:
Monkey Kiss
Frozen banana
tablespoon honey
tablespoon malt
2 scoops ice cream
500ml milk
Blend
Tropical Hug
1 frozen mango cheek
2 tablespoons pineapple
2 scoops ice cream
500 ml apple mango juice
Blend
Mango Tango
1 frozen mango cheek
1 frozen banana
6 frozen strawberries
500ml apple mango juice
Blend
